DAVID BURLET - wearing a black and yellow zoot suit - is a plate-spinner who has built his nippy act round a comedy of errors. He manages to keep 10 plates on the go despite a series of faux mishaps. His timing is spot on; if the plates begin to slow and falter he’s always there to rev them up again, and his final flourish is a six-spoon into glasses flip.
